Dealing with a Panic Attack

As the panic runs through my veins, and always looking for a place to escape. As the adrenaline  pumps in my veins and checking your pulse becomes a habit that you seem to not be able to control and the same thoughts that you know that you have had before become obsessive. Learning to control those thoughts feel like a job and seem so hard and you almost feel detached. When your at your peak and you feel the most scared and you almost want to just jump out of your skin, but that soon goes away and you become exhausted because your body used so much adrenaline in the fight or flight mode. But having another one is always on your mind whether if its now or later. but for now you have a break. Now i know when you tell your friends that you just had a panic attack their first question if they don't know what its like, the questions always "what! why? what brought it on?" my response is always "i Dont know" because if i knew i sure wouldn't be doing the same thing. but sometimes you will find a "safe place" whether it be at home or in a person. But always remember that you are never alone, if you are searching for info or just need someone to talk to please feel free to leave comments below and i will respond. Now im no professional but i do know what its like and i will try to help the best way possible. i will also link a video below that has helped me. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=F8ZttBrKboA&list=LLLDuJUST8Xh5wYrLvj5spag
